As part of the drive to embed a culture of user research into the newly formed Digital Acceleration Programme and Digital Team, I developed bite-sized User Research training courses.  This helped other team members such as developers, designers, content-editors, business analysts and other stakeholders appreciate and understand the important of user research in to support the process of digital transformation.
